Professional Civil Engineer

Heath has been a civil engineer working in the private and government sectors on Kauai since 2005. He has been the lead project civil engineer in charge of designing private, federal, state, and county projects on Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Big Island, Guam, Japan, Okinawa, and Micronesia. These include Department of Defense projects on various military bases, highways, roadways, airport facilities (runways, taxiways, aprons, drainage systems, etc), educational facilities, medical facilities, vehicle maintenance facilities, religious facilities, warehouses, residential complexes, recreational facilities, subdivisions, water, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems. He utilizes construction experience to plan practical, constructible, and comprehensive designs. He is also an experienced leader in all stages of construction including planning, designing, construction, construction management, and quality control.

David Marcus

Field Manager

David is in charge of our field operations. This includes site visits, construction inspections, and percolation tests for septic systems. He has extensive experience in construction, real estate, and agriculture. This includes large-scale land preparation, infrastructure planning, and construction support. He combines practical fieldwork with an understanding of sustainable land use.
